CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM by Grand Knight Mike Aiken and was opened with the Our Father and the Pledge of Allegiance.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Clyde Slick made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 16, 2025, meeting. The minutes were approved by a unanimous voice vote.
AGENDA
Membership Report
There are no new membership applications for this meeting, but some will be brought to the November meeting .
GK Report
The Free Throw Contest was successful with a total of 12 contestants.
Clyde Slick mentioned that he will submit a report for the Free Throw Contest as well as for other events (Food Drives, Blessing Bags, etc.) that fall into different program categories.
The next Corporate Communion is scheduled for the 10:30 Mass on November 30.
The next Knights Coffee and Donuts after each Mass will be this Sunday, October 26.
The November 8 talk of the history of the St. Augustine Cathedral Basilica is awaiting final approval by Fr. Tom. All other arrangements have been prepared.

The Advent Food Drive dates are confirmed as follows:
Empty boxes will be distributed by the Knights on November 16 and November 23
Parishioners will bring their donations on November 30 and December 7
Deliveries will be made December 8-11
Treasurer’s Report
Ed Sabin submitted the September 2025 Financial Summary. The report is distributed with these minutes.
Damon Rodriguez is working to secure membership cards.
New Business
Fr. Tom will be installed as pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel at 4:00 PM Mass on Saturday, October 25, at OLGC.
Scott Reneau mentioned that there is daily Mass at 10:00 at the Ascension St. Vincent’s chapel
Lecturer Michael Lomax gave a spiritual reading from St. Augustine concerning the need for patience.
